Aniball NZ Ltd. is the sole and only official seller of Aniball in the NZ.
These terms and conditions of sale (‘Terms’) apply to any order you place through the website Aniball.co.nz (the ‘Website’). By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you, as the customer, have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. Making a Purchase
Once your order has been received, we will issue you with an order number by email.
We may refuse to accept or fulfil any order in our absolute discretion. If payment is taken before products are dispatched and the order is subsequently not accepted, your payment will be refunded in full.
2. Price and Payment
Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) inclusive of GST where applicable.
Only payments made via a debit or credit card (payment gateway) will be accepted.
All payments are encrypted and handled by our payment solution providers in a highly secure manner.
If for any reason any payment is refused when we are processing it, we will do our best to contact you to correct any error in your card details that may be the cause for the refusal.
We only deliver products to addresses within the NZ.
Standard delivery in the NZ costs $9. All orders are processed within 48-72 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Total delivery time is 5-10 business days since your order is placed.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
Shipments are usually dispatched using Parcelport You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive your order on time, please contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Larger orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product or change your mind and wish to return the product to us just let us know at email@example.com.
You must do this within 30 days of receiving the product. Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, please return that product to us in its original condition within 14 days.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Please note that any product you return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (e.g. the Aniball’s box must be still sealed). It must also be in the original packaging.
Products are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please quote your order number in the correspondence.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit or debit card), within 5-10 days.
You may also cancel your order if it wasn’t shipped yet by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a full refund.
All returns should be shipped to our warehouse in Wainuiomata. Please, contact us for further instructions.
Our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty according to applicable laws. During the warranty period, we will replace (at no charge) or refund products or parts of a product that proves defective.
Buyer is advised to check the product after delivery to ensure it is not defective.
To ensure the warranty is valid, buyer must:
1. Use the product according to Instructions for use
2. Store the product according to Instructions for use
Should you wish to return the product under the warranty, please contact us at email@example.com for full instructions.
We will contact you by email or phone no later than three days after we receive the return.
6. Our Liability to You
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We will not be liable to you to the extent we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these terms and condition by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) do or fail to do or due to events which are beyond our control.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We will not be liable for any losses related to any business of yours including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change and update these terms and conditions from time to time and recommend that you revisit this page regularly to keep informed of the current terms and conditions. However, the terms and conditions that apply to the contract for any purchase shall be those that were in force at the time the contract was formed.
